6. Merchant Policy

Shipping limits: Shipping Rates apply to maximum distances in the continental United States. Shipments to Alaska, Hawaii or Peurto Rico will be charged additional. For International orders you will be contacted by email to arrange shipping.

Return policy: - For goods purchased from Kay A. Robbins d/b/a CFM Studios: If you are purchasing art or merchandise you may return an item for refund or replacement within 30 days from your order date; however --- YOU MUST OBTAIN AUTHORIZATION FROM KAY A. ROBBINS PRIOR TO RETURNING THE ITEM. Artwork must be received back in the same condition as you received it. If Artwork is damaged in shipment to you a claim will be filed with the carrier, and if original artwork cannot be restored you will be issued a full refund when the claim is paid by the carrier. You may request authorization to return by sending e-mail to: order@kayrobbins.com . Exception: Fine Art T-shirts are custom printed and sold directly to the buyer by T-Shirt Zoo. Kay A. Shipping, handling and insurance charges are non-refundable. You are responsible for return shipping costs. All returns must be accompanied by the packing list and any documentation that was included in shipment to you. --- FINE ART MUST BE INSURED FOR THE ORIGINAL PURCHASE AMOUNT. YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR RETURN SHIPMENT INSURANCE COSTS.
